"Our client is a young woman who lived and worked in the Bywater area of New Orleans as a construction supervisor. After having brunch with a friend one morning, she was riding her moped down the street when a delivery truck driver failed to look both ways before crossing the intersection and violently ran her over. She suffered significant orthopedic injuries that resulted in immediate surgery and hardware implantation to her leg and shoulder.
